Steps to submit your information:
Collect your CEU documentation and/or artifacts that demonstrate the hours earned through your professional development.
Copy and paste the Google Doc link, scan the artifact, or take a photo of it.
Complete the online form: Click here
If the CEU committee approves your hours, they will be submitted to your PELSB account in December and/or May.
Please note: districts must approve and upload all hours to PELSB before June 30th. FLAS uploads twice a year, as noted above (May & December). If your license renewal is set for the end of this upcoming June, submit all CEU hours to FLAS by the deadline indicated above for upload. Hours submitted after the May deadline will not be reflected in PELSB until the December upload.
Log in to your PELSB account a few weeks following the CEU committee meeting dates to verify your hours were submitted correctly.

As of 2026, educator license renewal requires completion of the following mandatory requirements, including at least 1 hour in each required area:
Positive Behavior Intervention Strategies
Reading Preparation
Accommodations, modification, and adaptation of curriculum, etc.
Key Warning Signs of Mental Illness
Suicide Prevention Training
English Language Learners
Cultural Competency
American Indian History and Culture
